Unfallfolgen, Frust

Ich hab jetzt in der Rehabilitation auch Ergotherapie. Und irgendwie ist mir bei dem Gespräch mit der Ergotherapeutin heute klar geworden, an wie vielen Stellen ich gerade schon jetzt Dinge anpassen, work arounds finde, um damit umzugehen, dass meine Hände einfach grad nicht voll fit sind. Das hat mich dann doch etwas frustriert, diese Feststellung. Weil das Ganze so real macht. Erschreckt hat mich die Kraftmessung: links 20 rechts 4. Normal wären circa 35. #sci #AnjaAufReha

Heute das erste Mal sowas ähnliches wie eine Prognose bekommen… Davon ausgehend, dass der ordentlich lädierte Abschnitt meiner Halswirbelsäule, der tatsächlich gestaucht und geprellt wurde, ungefähr zwei, bis zweieinhalb Zentimeter lang ist, und sich so etwas nach Aussagen der Neurologen, sofern es sich erholt, mit ungefähr 1 mm pro Monat erholt, kann ich jetzt ausrechnen, dass ich bestimmt noch lange Freude an der Geschichte habe. #sci
