Are there any examples of societies who know about trauma, have therapy options available, and the traumatized person just... uses them, like they would a treatment for a wounded leg? Maybe grumping about healing so slowly, but using them anyway? Instead of all this "I don't need that" stuff.

We need positive role models, yo! Mental health is health too!

Any Murderbot fans?

For context: I LOVE LOVE LOVE this series! Easily one of my favs of all time. I've listened to the audiobooks so many times I've legit lost count.

Devoured System Collapse today. Honestly it's probably the weakest in the series & was a bit disappointing. But it's still Murderbot so, you know, I'm good lol.

So anyway. Anyone else read it yet? Thoughts?

Having a private room at the hospital was a nice quiet break, but honestly after finishing #SystemCollapse I was getting bored and restless. And I started hearing that telltale cough in the lobby... 😬 #COVIDIsAirborne

And the air was so dry! I went thru so much hand cream, lip balm and nasal spray. Should have brought eye drops too.

Anyway, nice to be home.
