I've never really understood how it was possible to perform this transition. How can an angel need to become the devil? And how can it happen? What is it what is not visible and happens in between the two blades?

I think I'm starting to get it now and it's not even such an esoteric secret, I've said it for a while already.

1. Had an early #Easter celebration on Saturday with adult children. Met son’s new SO, I like her!

2. Limited myself to one glass of wine at dinner so not to embarrass myself as usual (though i did manage to dribble some red wine on the white tablecloth)

3. Spent a quiet #Sunday afternoon with wife, eating leftovers, chatting and enjoying the warm, bright sunshine. Getting ready to fire up the charcoal grill for a last splurge before back to the diet tomorrow
