For me it's a picture of my small but nice #thec64 collection. For a quantum processor it's more like a boss from a Soul's like. I still think it's a shame that I'll probably never have the skills to do more than play games with the #Commodore64, but I'm still happy every time there's new big news about the #c64. In 2024 the C64 will still be in the running, despite its age and outdated hardware. Respect!

Makers of the Atari 400 Mini leaving this guy high and dry, or so it seems at first glance. Not sure why they would do this, unless they don't like him highlighting mistakes, or his language or his style or his politics? But it makes me pause to think before buying any of their retro wares if they can cut off customers like this without explanation. What kind of company does this?

@ImpossibleUmbrella@infosec.exchangeI bought a (brand new) #TheC64 (the full sized C64 emulator with a keyboard), and I was slightly disappointed to find one of the keys stuck down when pressed. I did the obvious thing, and took it apart and disssembed the keyboard. I was very surprised to see that the rubber dome associated with that key had been glued on *upside down*. 
I removed it and put it back into position the correct way up, and reassembled the keyboard. I didn’t glue it back in as I wasn’t sure what was the best type of glue to use. (The originally assembly seemed to have used some kind of silicone I think?). Any suggestions? Will it stay put without glueing? Or do I need to glue it down?
It works fine for now (and the key no longer sticks!), I’m just not sure if it’ll last.
