My YouTube Music 2024 Recap has arrived and it says I listened to 173,556 minutes of music over the course of the year.
That's equivalent to 2,892 hours or 120 days, or 17.2 weeks, or 3.96 months of continuous listening time!
Safe to say, I listen to a LOT of music each and every day.

Very happy that #YouTubeMusic has arrived on my #Tesla. #YTM is one of the few services that allows you to upload your own music files (inherited from their old Google Play Music). I will still use #TuneIn, for stations like #GothvilleRadio (http://gothville.com/), but the other services were just too repetitive and limited in what they would play.

@chairraver@fosstodon.orgIt appears, that #Google has fucked up yet another perfectly good product (Play Music) with Youtube Music. To me it appears, that listening to whole albums is completely of of style. Must be my age, that I don't feel the UI. I listened to an interview of the head honcho of #YTM on a recent podcast episode of "All about Android" proclaiming their good intentions for the product. I personally can only say: failure, big time, mobile app being even worse than the Web interface.
