My comment:
1 - I like that #criticalthinking during all these things happening is the key point.
2- And #shortreading / #shortdepth is the cause of a lot of wrong moves (plays into point #1 with emotions because people are not looking further up ahead and reacting for the short stuff).

I won't concern myself too much with #conversational #AI. They way that #ML field is going - it is unlikely that they will luck into a persuasive #agent.

RE COPTER: Part of the puzzle is that people (and governments) don't know what is the space of individual action that can lead to a global good. COPTER recommends commute that suits a person (based on their individual utility).

I agree that these systems have to be treated with extreme rigor.
