Weird take.

All of the still alive presidents were the president. They occupied the office.

We're not litigating their performance, here, friend.

We're separating the respect of the office, as they understood it, from the actions that they undertook, while in office. The former demands our respect, because they didn't hand over our nation to our enemies, and the latter is their legacy, which is where you seem to be hung up, but none of them were intent on destroying our democracy.

What is happening, today, is abnormal, against everything American, and is directly a power grab, that is not supported by the United States Constitution.

The SCOTUS is obviously under such review, as well, but since that is a lifetime appointment, we can only assume their ghosts would have some choice words, for the current batch of fucking misfits.
