The couple that plays together ...

Husbot wants to play in the SCA with me, and asked for Scandinavian for his first kit. That's easy enough, and I had 90% of a decent one for myself. Our first event together will be Queen's champion on the 11th.

This is also my favorite picture of us as a couple in quite some time. We're pretty cute!

Viking garb I made back in 2011. I forged the bracelet from copper, made the chain for the Centre drape, tablet-wove the belt, and hand-crocheted the laces. Sewed the tunic, apron dress, and cap, too. The wimple is a repurposed dupatta.
