grazie a tutti i sostenitori di slowforward/differx, che attraverso ko-fi e paypal in questi giorni hanno offerto e stanno offrendo contributi fondamentali per la continuazione di un lavoro quotidiano che compie nel 2025 ventidue anni.

il progetto è quello di non smettere mai di informare, e condividere materiali, testi, prose, postpoesia, file video e audio di incontri, link, aggiornamenti, notizie, podcast, pdf, immagini,  ricostruzioni storiche, articoli e saggi negli ambiti consueti delle scritture di ricerca, dell’arte e musica contemporanea, della scrittura asemica, della ‘web weirdness’, dell’anarchismo e del Movimento, dei movimenti, del sostegno alla causa palestinese, oltre che di tutte quelle zone meno esplorate della rete, estranee al mainstream e contrarie a quei fascismi e razzismi reali e metaforici che questo tratto di storia sembra moltiplicare.
differx è un demoltiplicatore, slowforward accumula vie di fuga, battaglia e contrattacco.
il terreno dei linguaggi, del linguistico, per sua natura è e sempre sarà eracliteo, imprendibile e – parallelamente – presente e già altrove. 

chi di tanto in tanto vorrà unirsi all’attività, è sempre invitato a spedire e proporre materiali e idee, o semplicemente a contribuire con un caffè alla veglia interminabile del sito e di tutti i suoi canali e addenda.

Was kümmert mich der #Mainstream und die #Masse, welche alle samt eh nicht das bringen was mich interessiert.

Einfach sich selbst treu bleiben und #Authentizität sich bewahren sowie für die eigene #Meinung einstehen, auch wenn manche damit ein Problem haben.

2025 wird ein interessantes Jahr.

A recent discussion about #inclusivity on one of the goth groups I follow got a bit heated, and the admins pulled the plug. Okay, it happens. Hardly anyone wants people screaming at each other in their virtual living room.

Every subculture I've ever been part of has had the same problem. #Punk, #goth, #science #fiction #fandom, #hackerdom, maybe a few I'm not thinking of at the moment.

#Subcultures are *in general* more accepting and inclusive than society as a whole, yes. People who are seen as weird and scary by the #mainstream find groups of other people who have had the same experience. This leads to groups that welcome refugees of all kinds. All to the good.

Then the idea becomes part of the group's identity. Instead of understanding that people in the group tend to be more tolerant than others because of their experiences, they start assuming that being part of the group automatically *makes* them less prejudiced.

"We can't be racist / sexist / etc., that's a mundane problem!" So when these "mundane" #bigotries turn up in the subculture, as they *inevitably* do, they get swept under the rug.

Yeah, well, you can be, and very often you are. Face it. Deal with it. Be better than the people who made your life hell. Or at the very least, stop acting so hurt and surprised when you get called on your own brand of bullshit.

Solange #Batterieelektrisch teurer als #Verbrenner ist und schlechtere #Reichweite und #Wartungskosten hat solange wird es nicht "#mainstream" werden.
