This was a cute watch! I think the first one was more memorable, but I like where this franchise is going. Those last couple of scenes in Moana 2 in particular were really good.

I will be starting Moana 2 sometime in the next couple of hours. I even went to the store and bought microwave popcorn and Junior Mints for this occasion. (But no soda because I’m not a big fan of carbonated beverages!)

It will be like going to the movie theatre but better.

I am watching Vaiana 2, or as North Americans know it, Moana 2 on Disney+, and I find the name change fascinating. I knew the Dutch version was called Vaiana, but I didn't realise that even in English they changed the name. Even in the songs they changed it. It's something about a copyright conflict in Europe, though I am not sure of exact details.

So it's the whole English movie...just with the name switched.
