So when did Royal Mail start charging to redirect per person and not just for family groups?

Extortionate quote for redirection because two of the children are over 16.

Last time I did this you paid for a family unit.

Ah, good to see that December's come around again. *Three* separate cards through the door from the thieves at #royalFail today demanding £5 each in unpaid postage for items they're holding.

This happened last December (and never between then and now), and it was all Christmas cards with slightly wonky stamps. I swear they do this deliberately to get a bit of extra income as they know people won't want to miss out on cards or gifts from relatives

Going to the trouble and expense of paying for posts from a bot-farm...

Only to have them churn out cut-n-paste posts so devoid of proper English grammar, that any normal person can see it's a fake post from 10 miles away.
