1. Capitalize “B” when referring to Black people because Blackness is a culture; a community; a way of communicating; etc, we are NOT a color which isn’t capitalized “I colored the cat black”

2. I choose NOT to capitalize “white” unless it’s at the beginning of a sentence because, outside of its connection to white supremacy, whiteness is a made up construct where who’s “white” shifts politically

No argument against that proposed usage, though I am curious as to what you mean by the meaning of whiteness shifting. Do you mean like how Italians went from non-white to white, or Semitic peoples the same, and such? Thanks!
