Making green chile enchilada sauce today - from scratch! This is so much less expensive - and far better tasting - than buying it canned!
We make it, can it and let it set in fridge in 1 QT jars for a couple of days to "enrichen" the flavors.
Then we use leftover air-fryer-whole-chicken - shredded and make green enchiladas w/chicken!
So, so good!
