@rubin_allergy It's likely more just the proximity to booster that helps (due to increased antibody levels) rather than specifically getting the updated bivalent booster (although that's the only one available, so definitely get boosted if you haven't already). But also... NPIs have largely gone away and that eliminates layers of helpful protection for so many.
