Some things I've done in the last week:

- Chopped almost a cord of wood
- Dug a trench
- Moved appliances around
- Moved a couch
- Hiked for miles
- Bent over a dining table for a few minutes helping with a LEGO sorting project

Guess which one threw out my back so badly that I've barely moved since Saturday? Getting old is a weird experience.
