Okay, trying to author a strategy document for Cloud adoption. Anyone have any ideas on what critical elements i should be including? Don't want to seem too biased but want to lean towards a favorable model ;)
I've read the AWS, Azure and Google cloud adoption frameworks which are good but seem heavily marketed ( bells and whistles).

Actually, many Twitter users are missing the point of Mastodon.
The point isn't to duplicate Twitter feature for feature.
It's to build a microblogging platform that both federates *and* scales across multiple servers and domains.
