Ukraine and Palestine are the first two conflicts where we have had a continuous flow of firsthand witness accounts on film from ordinary people, unfiltered by the combatants.

@peterbrown @DaveFernig @harriettmb possibly the spreading of technology is making the difference, but also, in general, there's more reaction to attacks on Palestine because of its history of subjugation.
In addition, the intensity of this latest attack is on another scale compared to any conflict during this century
