As a journalist who's been writing about Twitter, it's pretty funny trying to get Twitter's side of the story. They just simply don't seem to have a communications team anymore. The closest thing is the TwitterComms twitter account, but I've sent many messages to it and it just doesn't respond to DMs. I don't think anyone reads them.
