厨房tips:让鸡胸肉没那么柴(注意是没那么柴而不是不柴,鸡胸肉不可能不柴)的三种办法:柠檬腌、酸奶腌、盐曲腌,原理其实都是让酸软化鸡胸肉。
柠檬的问题是吃起来有点酸,适合加一些辣或者甜口的调味,做成酸辣或者酸甜口;盐曲会咸,酸奶不会,但是腌好烹饪前都需要清洗,要不然会有浑浊物。
