Soya has got what is called Phytoestrogens
If you work out and are trying to increase androgenic activity in your body then you have to avoid phytoestrogen as it counteracts testosterone balance.
But in small quantities I don't think it really does much harm
@Full_marx I can see how so many gym going body-builders end up with hanging tits in later years.
@Full_marx I haven't been reading as much on the contents of packaged food that I occasionally consume as I should. I was of the opinion that only the carbs and fats were bad. But at least that's potato, even if GM one. This protein thing is much worse.
