@HN Boy they sure do test how well you code on a white board, I tell you what. But howabout just talking with the person to see if they can perform time management, soft skills, and understand the underlying mathematical relationships instead? I guess that might get interviewers more qualified and well-rounded hires, which isn't the apparent goal. Apparently the goal is some whiteboard coding experts. Aww yiss.
