@johnefrancis Yes, I don't get it. It sounds like the leadership doesn't think they made much progress from the position that was going to put the union out on the picket line tomorrow, but they want the membership to decide. That's fine, and sends a democratic signal, but it also suggests that said leadership should be stepping down.
