A late batch of #sourdough! Left it a little late getting started this afternoon. Three loaves formed up and rising.
The length of the proof is going to depend on how late I want to go to bed.
It's the bake three, eat one #sourdough program lately. The rest go into the freezer.
Did you know bread freezes very well, as long as you double bag it. That second bag makes all the difference.

@MichaelPorter @lovemakeshare interesting - hadn't heard of muffeletta before and search was telling me it's a sandwich.
But I see Sobeys had a 'muffeletta mixture' that appears to be artichokes, roasted peppers and olives. That would be pretty tasty on a pizza indeed.
I'll have to watch for that. Yum
