About ten years ago I built a web app for a client using LP and it was a really nice experience. However I didn’t continue using that approach. Fear of more complicated refactoring and difficulty explaining the benefits to co-workers held me back. Maybe I’ll try it on a smallish project this time.

The Donald Knuth quote he paraphrased is, "Let us change our traditional attitude to the construction of programs: Instead of imagining that our main task is to instruct a computer what to do, let us concentrate rather on explaining to human beings what we want a computer to do."
