We are still failing across the world to get more women into leadership roles in politics which itself stems for a failure to get more women into political careers.
Whether you believe women do politics differently, or whether you see this as an issue of gender representation, to be two decades into the new millennia & for this to still be the case tells us that patriarchy & male domination remains issues that has yet to be disposed of

I have often thought the same - the only women who get to the top do so by emulating the absolute worst traits of men!

All corrupt.
As things stand, it is impossible to get to a position of national leadership without being open to "deals" to further your own wealth & power.
Not saying *all* women are more honest than *all* men but if sleaze, bribery & corruption was *outlawed* in positions of leadership, I'm sure it would attract more women (who are generally more attracted to lower-paid "caring" roles than men out of a sense of duty & humanity over wealth & income).
