Yes, I used to work for the improbably named 'Centre de Traduction des Organes de l'Union Européene', CdT for short.

In that organization, every official language of the EU is supported, spoken and written. We had all kinds of issues relating to languages but most of all with the text search engine provided with an industry standard, very large database. When they updated from one version of their software to another, it completely broke our application and their specialised support team were close to completely useless. Eventually, after I retired, the CdT abandoned that DB for an alternative system!
