Based on past history, the EU will probably get it pretty much right first time with a few loopholes and misjudgements to correct. Britains will completely fuck it up at a cost of £bilions and the whole system will have to be rewritten as basically the British civil serveice couldn't organize an orgy in a fucking brothel ; at least so far as IT projects is concerned!
