Every year I am sad to see that only like 3-5% of Cal Poly students wear Halloween costumes to school. 😢
Is this a Gen Z thing or a Cal Poly thing?

@kellybodwin Over here in Europe, Halloween is not really a thing. The 1st November is celebrated in catholic countries as All Saints or All Hallows day - a public holiday in many catholic countries and a day when many visit the graves of their ancestors to put flowers on them!
