Does the proscription of Palestine Action (currently under judicial review & by the looks of the materials so far available looks likely to be struck down in full or perhaps in part), discredit the UK's terrorism law or the Home Office, or both?

My feeling is no-one really doubts the need to have anti-terrorism laws in place, but many of us see their political use by this & other Govt.s as the problem;

so the bigger Q. is can you separate the law from its use?
