@Benhm3 Yeah I understand, but there are exceptions. When I was laid off from my first chemist position, I was asked to work an additional month to close out my projects, they then continued to pay me an additional six months. The day I left, the plant gave me a party. That was let go. The second time I was laid off, I was excorted off the premises after being give 15 minutes to close out my office. That was fired.
