33 days ago I wanted to checkout #rustdesk which is a floss remote desktop tool like TeamViewer. While trying to get a price estimate, I faced a bug in their form. So like any sensible FLOSS loving person, I sent their sales team an email, reported the bug with screenshots and etc., and asked for the price for my use-case.

Fast forward 33 days I got the following reply:

> You can only choose the personal plan.

No hi, no bye, no nothing, just 33 characters in plain text.

Should I be happy?

Basically they ignored the bug report, they throw at me a free plan without clarification, they didn't follow email-writing etiquette (Grammarly has a good condensed list if you are interested), and most importantly, it took them 21.41 hours per character for the reply (including spaces and punctuation).

In my book, this is a company to avoid at any cost, because you will never get support for what you paid for in timely manner. But still my question stands:

Should I be happy? 🤔

@Mehrad As someone who used it (for personal use), the program is quite good(esp comparing to the alternative of AnyDesk), so i guess if you are willing to self host, why not?
