Ok. I’ve been here since April but rudely haven’t introduced myself. I’m a runner, VI guide, cold water swimmer, novice rower and occasional cyclist. All of these things are a bit harder than they were as I also have secondary-progressive MS. But hey, I’m stubborn. Lover of books, sad music and apparently now like getting angry reading about politics. Oh, I’m also a recently bereaved cat parent, so pictures of yours especially welcome. #introduction

@Susancatley Thank you. she made it as easy for us as she could and it was quick. We had 15 great years with the stroppy little madam and we’re still having long conversations with her judgmental ghost.
