@drupad I miss trends because I learn a lot about different parts of the world and things I'd never have learned about without them.
@drupad I made an account on wt.social which is weird to navigate but it is run by the wiki people and has a news focus. I think that might turn out to be a good place to get news in a social media setting.
@War_Kittens Agree! #Trends are very dynamic on #twitter as event happen. On #mastodon unless I am missing something, they are barely about real world stories. #mastodon is like a big chat room really.. just public.
