Are there any #Electrophysiologists out there who record raw data on many channels, and would share their secrets for not having to buy additional hard drives every month? One 20 min session = 20Gb 😅​

@elduvelle Dartmouth may have competitive pricing on cloud cold storage solutions, at least Pitt does for Microsoft Azure

@Andrewpapale yes - they have a lot of Dropbox storage… and also google drive. They probably revoke your access when you leave the lab though…

@elduvelle @Andrewpapale Probably a good thing. Then you can't be asked/expected to keep working on a project for no money 🙃

@beneuroscience @Andrewpapale Hahaha yeah… but I’d rather have the choice. Plus you might want to work on previously collected data in your new lab or something. I guess having the data publicly shared solves this problem. I’m also curious about what people use for public sharing of large datasets.
