I took a sourdough #baking class a couple of weeks ago and have been trying my hand (and #sourdough starter!) since then.

There’s still a lot more to learn and fine tune, but overall am pretty happy with how my initial beginner’s luck loaves are turning out. Also, sourdough makes THE BEST french toast.
