@PetraPhoenix I do post-it at work for what I need to do in the day by priority then I can on those as try come without having to think, or second guess or then start task jumping or getting distracted as often my brain does I also think it is important u have a supportive team and bossthat can work with Ur processes. Cause I am excellent at working under pressure and one thing but if I give me multiple things then I don't know what to do and I really need someone to help me prioritise specially if it is not my work and someone else just dump me their shit so... I really try to prioritize cause it not I know u will not complete anything at all.
