1. fail at simple arithmetic like "what's 11 plus 9"
2. fail at constructing simple geometric shapes, like a 2x2 square
3. fail at finishing a game of chess, like "trap this undefended king with my free rook and queen"
there are many other clues, and #1 and #2 you could argue are just a guy pretending to be bad at math, but with several overlong chess games due to #3 I believe it's now undeniable that actual women are playing these games.
This may blow up into a scandal bigger than when when stage theater started to secretly phase out men in drag playing all the female roles.

The king is trapped in a rectangle of potential movement that stops at the lines of threat projected by the two rooks, and ending the game just requires closing that rectangle. Winning the game at this point with the rooks requires a feat of perception, rather than a feat of study or a feat of analysis.
But vtubers will stare at scenarios this uncluttered and just not see it until they accidentally win or the opponent forfeits.
