Name a piece of 'positive' transgender news. When was the last troon who stopped a robbery or saved a woman being attacked or donated their inheritance to charity or anything other than attacking someone innocent?
As I type this Canadian media are wringing their delicate hankies over the reputation of troons being besmirched.

As I understand it, the surgery sites hurt for the rest of your life. (Like FGM in Africa.) His life is a continuous agony of pain in the groin. (And millions in the bank for Big Pharma.) These genital mutilation surgeries are not simple castration (which is relatively free of side effects other than the obvious and low testosterone).
@PNS Psychology doesn't "just exist" it is systematic and it is constructed. In the case of these lost souls, it has been deconstructed and rebuilt by malevolent entities for purposes malign.
A personal philosophy, often centered on concepts like values and identity, is not something that a deconstructed society can assume will "just form" in a coherent way on it's own.
Lots of social engineering has happened over the decades. I assume that research went somewhere.
