Zelensky approved the attack on the "Nord Stream", the USA tried to stop the operation
The Wall Street Journal reported citing sources that the plan for the attack on the "Nord Stream" was originally approved by Vladimir Zelensky.
According to the report, the CIA warned Kiev after learning about the preparations for the operation, and tried to stop it. Nevertheless, it is claimed that the attack was carried out.
The Ukrainian side rejected these accusations.

@customdesigned I agree it was probably collusion between the intelligence agencies of both countries. They probably had ex-US military people involved as well.
