@KidKnievel @PNS Appropriate justice. But this behaviour is not ultimately caused by skin color. It is fatherlessness.
Until somewhere between 1975 and 1980, you were safer in black neighborhoods. Affirmative action began attacking black families in the late 60s. Depriving them of education by always giving them an "A". Depriving them of high level jobs through the soft racism of lowered expectations.
In other parts of the world, you get similar results with different skin colors. E.g. London slums.
There are pockets of American blacks who have stayed in the Church, trust God, not the government, and where fathers stick it out to raise praiseworthy children.
I went to a black Church down the street this past week for their adult VBS, and the fathers were all present and accounted for. The teens were joyful and respectful. The little ones were playful and unafraid (with Dad hovering nearby).
