As a Ukrainian friend reminded me today, Ukraine did not just give up nuclear weapons when signing the Budapest Memorandum, but also the strategic delivery vehicles - bombers and rockets - that would have been very useful to Ukraine in the fight to repel the Russain invaders now.

@maksympolyakov no such agreement could ever be successfully offered again because NOBODY would ever believe USA and RUS again. USA failed spectacularly in it‘s promise to guarantee UKR‘s borders. Lesson: Once you have nukes, you never give them up. A country invades you, you use them.
