i need new headphones. been reading reviews praising sony’s WH-1000XM5, but that’s in the price range of apple’s airpods pro 2. i love the tight eco system integrations of the latter, but i’ve sworn to never buy airpods again because of them becoming bricked after a few years when the batteries die (with sony headphones, a cord is always included so i’m never depending on battery). i’ve kept my current corded headphones for 10 years (!).
thoughts?
okay, i’m slowly leaning towards getting new airpods pro 2. the features are simply so much needed by me that i would “accept” the airpods being bricked in ~3 years time.
