RAF ‘Voyager’ A330 aircraft (including ’Vespina’) are leased from & operated by AirTanker Services Ltd. The contract between MoD & AirTanker may not compel AirTanker to operate the flights. Apart from the Titan operated A321 (mini ‘Vespina’) & the Centreline AV FalconJets (baby ‘Vespina’) I don’t believe there are any other RAF/gov aircraft suitable for pax service.
