@ChristopherJM can he just deliver the Leopards without any coalition reference? or does Germany has to ok any Leopard deliveries even if they come from Poland?
@slaeg @ChristopherJM I don't think it's about waiting for someone else to be first but rather that they are not allowed to transfer Leopards without Germany's ok and this is their way of putting pressure on Germany. At least I believe that this is how it works with any possible Leopard deliveries no matter where they originate.
@herid That may also be a possibility, yes. My understanding has been that Germany has not given a no-go, but perhaps not explicitly okayed it either? These types of contractual clauses are normal in the defense industry, just look at how Switzerland keeps refusing countries to deliver Swiss-made ammo or equipment to Ukraine.
