@imabuddha You changed servers, right? My app doesn’t show any posts before now (before I followed you here) from another server, though I’m sure I can see them some other way.
@short Yes, unfortunately posts, likes, & bookmarks don't move over. :(
You can export/import following, blocked, etc. lists.
@imabuddha Too bad about the posts and all. More than that, would be nice if you could easily transfer your followers. But you did it early enough in, I guess. And you gave some good reasons. I think I’ll stay put for a little longer, but other grass sounds like it’s greener.
@short Well, I think what happened is that when I set up this new account I imported my following list before moving my followers from the old account.
I'm still very new at all of this so I might be mistaken. Perhaps doing the follower move then importing followers wouldn't be as confusing.
@imabuddha Hmm.. But I had to re-follow. At least I thought I did. When I got the notification of your “new” follow, it showed you with zero followers and indicated that I wasn’t following. Maybe it would’ve kicked in automatically if I had waited a little longer?
