Hoboken's "Vision Zero" cut traffic deaths to 0, for several years running, mostly by putting "$20" plastic poles in intersections to prevent assfucks from parking in intersections.

Meanwhile a few miles south in Jersey City, drivers routinely run over the plastic poles by mistake. (My observation; not covered in the video.)

I suggest an alternative Vision Zero approach: casually vandalize every car parked in a crosswalk. ESPECIALLY if it's a fucking cop car.
