In our last paper submitted to IEEE transactions on intelligent transportation system, we make a exploration for a new operation model of a new platform named Long-distance Non-standardized Delivery (LND) Platforms. This paper summarizes the characteristics of LND from the perspective of operation and preliminarily explores how to operate LND. Also, we proposed the complete operation method for LND (To the best of our knowledge, this is the first LND model are proposed).
