A superb adzuki bean pie made by @fuzzix.
It's all great but my favourite bit is the walnuts that got fried up a little with the onion to add more texture to the gravy part.
The mash was superb too. And the layer of peas. And the gravy.
But you should think about adding toasty nuts to more of your dishes...

Oooh that looks good. Jim used to make shepherd's pie- heritage I guess? But he made pasta too so maybe it was whatever was in the pantry.
