@Laukidh I'll have to verify my earlier statement. However, I am quite certain that she said something along those lines, perhaps in jest or in response to someone who did say so.
@Centurion480 one of the other contemporary articles I found was this Politico piece. It sources the claim as being from True Pundit, a fake news website like the onion.
It also points out in the first paragraph that no mainstream media source has verified the claim she said anything.

She lied about having Jewish heritage to get elected in NY. She lied about taking sniper fire in Bosnia. She undermined the Arab Spring. She allowed Libya to become a failed state. She rigged the 2016 primaries to her benefit, then lost to Trump.
Notice the weasel words, "she does not remember". Not the same as I never said that.
