@loopthisnight 要不要试试冻笋?冻笋化冻后很软,好切,而且百搭,可以随便搭进菜里,也可以切了后再分装冻起来像冷冻蔬菜一样用,也可以腌渍后冷藏。纤维素含量也是杠杠的。
